Bancore enables the clients and/or partners of Bancore to communicate with the system to register account, issue virtual/physical card, issue and activate physical card, card management options, presentation of card details, card load, card to card transfer operations, online payments, issue of additional virtual cards, edit/upgrade customer profile.
1.1 PURPOSE AND SCOPE
The main purpose of this document is to define the interface specifications (service contracts) for the services to be provided by Bancore for its clients and partners. This document provides documentation of the REST API methods exposed by Bancore.
This document does not describe the actual business processes involved in each operation (or method) that is provided by the service.
1.2 SECURITY
Bancore API’s are protected to ensure that only authorized clients / partners use them.
For every request made to the system following should be sent:
Merchant account ID – Every partner is registered as a merchant in Bancore system. For every merchant system generates merchant account ID that is provided to you and used as identifier.
Merchant private key – unique merchant private key generated for every merchant that is used in encryption key calculation.
Encryption Key – calculated as SHA-256 hash sent in every request for security purposes.
Whitelist is in place to enable only whitelisted IPs of the partners/clients to access Bancore APIs.
All Bancore APIs must be consumed over HTTPS.
1.3 TEST ENVIRONMENT
Every client/partner is first granted access to Bancore test environment to perform the integration with Bancore system.
